What’s Included
Timeline.
There is no set in stone timeline for a destination wedding! We have planned intimate elopements for only a bride and groom in 3 weeks and a family and friend wedding for 75 in Italy in 10 months. We will tailor your planning timeline to fit your destination (weather or visitor restrictions) and what would be the best for your loved ones hoping to attend.
Our job as your wedding planner is to ensure that your wedding day is flawless and everything you had hoped for! We do not oversee the travel or accommodations of your guests, but are happy to connect you with a travel agent that can make sure everyone gets where they need to go!
Phases.
Onboarding- preliminary budget, design board, planning timeline and general wedding details
Vendor Booking- We will find all of the best professionals for your wedding team, within your budget. We give you 5-10 options of vendors that resemble your style, budget range and are available for your wedding date and then work with you to narrow down the best one.
Planning Break- We truly believe you operate best when you take a break every now and then! So we schedule in a 2 week planning break once all of your major vendors have been booked.
Details and Decor- This is where we nail down those specific design details such as your sign-in book, special tables, ceremony design, etc.
Confirmation and Execution- Just that! We will wrap everything up, pack our bags and get you married!
Things to Note.
We will not be in charge of making payments on your behalf, but will send you reminders and help you setup payment schedules.
Your wedding planner cannot gather pricing and availability for an entire country or show you every single destination option available! However, they will help direct you to a location that will fit you and your guest’s needs and desires.
If you have a guest count of 75 or more, we will require travel to be covered for your wedding planner and an assistant. This helps us ensure we can smoothly and seamlessly run your wedding day.
Your final planning payment is due 2 months from your wedding date to ensure we can cover and confirm all of our travel accommodations.
