  • Client Folder

    This is a shared Google Drive Folder that you can upload decor photos, signed agreements and any additional documents that would be helpful for your wedding planner to have.

  • Detail Documents

    This will house your VIP List, Vendor List and Timeline. These documents must be completed before your final consultation.

  • Gratuity Guide

    This is the number one thing we used to be asked about two days before the wedding. So we started sending this at the start of planning for consideration in the budget!

  • Decor agreement & Instructions

    This document is due finalized 3-4 weeks before the wedding. Changes may be made until 14 days before the wedding. Changes made after this time are at the risk of the client and subject to staffing increases and availability. Please fill in each item you are bringing on the corresponding tab.

  • Budget Tracker

    We all know we want to have our dream weddings while respecting the budget we have set for ourselves! This is a great tool to help you do just that!

  • Vendor Interview Questions

    I do not recommend asking all of the questions in each category. Select the ones that are most important to you. When asking questions, work them into the conversation rather than presenting to the vendor as a barrage of questions. They want to feel valued and trusted but if they aren’t giving you the information you need, absolutely ask for it!
